Chocolate-Smoothie

Gone are the days of drinking chocolate thickshakes filled with dairy and processed sugars.

This smoothie has that same thickshake texture but comes without the tummy aches and sugar rush.

Ingredients:
2 small frozen bananas
1/2 avocado
3 medjool dates
1-2 tsp raw cacao powder
1 tbs mayvers peanut butter
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 cup almond or oat milk
pinch of salt

Method:
Blend all ingredients in Optimum Blender until smooth, I like to put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to make it thicker and super cold like a chocolate thickshake, yummm!!
