I just love Green smoothies, I can drink them any day of the year. They are not only healthy but super refreshing too 🙂

 

There are many health benefits to drinking green smoothies because you are increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables (especially leafy greens)

 

If you started drinking a green smoothie every day, you would notice your health improves and your energy levels would increase.

 

Ingredients:
1 – 2 large frozen mango, cubed
2 oranges, juiced
3 large handfuls baby spinach
1/2 cup of Natural Raw C Coconut Water

Method:
Blend spinach with liquids then add frozen mango to ensure you have a super smooth smoothie.
