This Super Greens Smoothie is not only delicious but good for you too.

 

I am not going to lie, I am obsessed with smoothies, I make at least one every single day.

 

Smoothies fill me up, I can blend up a whole heap of ingredients that are good for me that I probably wouldn’t sit and eat.

 

Plus Kainan drinks most of them too, getting him to eat most days is a crazy struggle so giving him a smoothie knowing he will drink it definitely helps.

 

You may have also noticed I make a lot of smoothies with nut or oat milks. I love the creamy texture plus I find it seems to be more filling.

 

During summer I do like my smoothies with coconut water too but still love my creamy smoothies 🙂

 

 

Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas

1 cup oat milk

2 tbs peanut butter

8 walnuts

1 medjool date

1 tsp flax seeds

1 tsp green superfoods

 

Method:

1. Soak walnuts and medjool date in warm water for about 2 minutes, rinse and set aside.

2. Pour Oat milk into jug and then add  all the other ingredients

3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
